It’s back to school time which means it’s time to register your child. Due to COVID-19 concerns, SV will be adjusting registration procedures.

All Registration and Financial Assistance Applications Will be Completed Online!

All registration and paperwork must be completed online through Harmony. This includes new enrollments and applications for financial assistance. Registration paperwork has been updated this year with several new requests for information, such as home Internet access and choice of in-person or virtual school so it’s crucial that all families complete the registration process.

Virtual School Information
The deadline to apply for virtual school is July 29. More information regarding the Virtual School option and a link to apply can be found on our website under the Virtual School news item.

Registration Opens July 27
Harmony access and online registration will open Monday, July 27. Please note that elementary teachers may not be assigned by the opening of registration. Middle and High School schedules may also not be finalized. The purpose of registration is to complete the annual paperwork.

Bus Drop-Off and Pickup Information
The SV Transportation Department will be mailing postcards the week of July 20 with bus drop-off and pickup information. If you have any questions about the information, please contact Michele Bogetto in our Transportation Office (765-832-2879 or mbogetto@svcs.k12.in.us).

Centralized Registration - Important Changes this Year!
Centralized Registration will take place on Wednesday, July 29 from 10-6 at SVMS. Parents do not have to attend and are encouraged NOT to attend if able to complete the process remotely and without the need for assistance.

The only reasons to attend Centralized Registration are if you:

- need access to computers or assistance completing registration or new enrollment.

- have transportation questions that can’t be answered by phone or email.

- require assistance completing free/reduced applications online.

- would like to pay for fees in person prior to the start of school (fees can be paid online with debit/credit card).

Please note these important changes to Centralized Registration due to COVID-19 safety:
- All who enter must wear a mask
- Only 1 parent should attend and children should not be present
- Entrance to the building will be at a limited capacity due to social distancing requirements. If we are at capacity, you may have to wait to enter
- No school materials, paper, etc will be distributed during - Centralized Registration
